Based on the book “I Am That”; a compilation of transcribed conversations with Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj and his students on nondualism. In it, he discusses his belief that humans are not body or mind but pure formless awareness. It’s the sort of reading that stretches your brain in new ways, and got me through one particular night of terror. But that’s another story.
